Abstract

This paper presents the historical development and managerial and administrative status of Brcko and its surroundings from the medieval period to the modern era and the introductory section provides a brief overview of the natural and geographical features in the central part presents a historical and civilizational development area of Brcko and the environment to the formation of the Brcko District of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
