Abstract

The Institute for Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Court Decisions is one of the most important institutes of private international law, and it can certainly be considered upon from the international public law aspect as well as that of the law theory. Beside the aforementioned courts, an important role in the task of recognition and enforecement of decisions is played by administration bodies, primarily the judicial affairs authority which gives the statement on the existence of reciprocity.
